Priced against the hour you bill, not the software you replace.
A single SKU's allergen re-review costs an hour of certificate-chasing arithmetic.
An assessor seat pays for itself at roughly 2.5 saved hours per month.

Common questions
Is this a safety assessment? No. Annexa is a screening and drafting aid; the
professional judgement and sign-off remain yours. That is by design — it is why the output is billable by you.
What do I need to submit? The formula with percentages (CSV or spreadsheet) and the
supplier documents you have (allergen declarations, IFRA certificates). Missing documents are part of the
output: you get a per-supplier re-request list.
Which regulations are covered? Reg. (EU) 2023/1545 (fragrance allergens, incl. the 2025
corrigendum), the legacy Annex III allergen entries, and outright bans that still surface on labels
(e.g. BMHCA/Lilial). Restriction updates such as Reg. (EU) 2026/909 are added to the same ruleset.
Where does my data go? EU-only processing, deterministic pipeline, no training on your
data. Full detail on the Data & trust page.
